In order to provide an optimal training experience and environment for everyone, we ask that you observe the following Training Center Policies.
Thank you.
Please treat the facility with respect and help us keep it clean. If you or your dog makes a mess, please clean it up. If something needs attention, please let us know so we can take care of it.
All treats must be precut. No breaking of treats. NO Crumbly or Greasy treats. No hotdogs, chicken, or other meat products will be allowed on the turf.
No treats may be placed directly on the turf or on any of the equipment.
Dogs must be crated or kept on leash and attached to a human. Do not tie to anything or leave on a chair unless actively training.
Please keep your dog(s) on a leash outside and keep them away from the cars on the dealership lots.
Potty your dogs on the rocks/grass adjacent to the front of the building or in the back. Please put bagged waste in outdoor receptacles. Please take them out as much as you need to during class as agility is a very exciting sport to the dog.
If an accident happens inside on the artificial turf, ON or IN any equipment or on the ring gating, please follow clean up procedures.
Give your dog plenty of relief opportunities outside to prevent this. Pick up any accident with poop bags provided. Soak up any fluid with a clean towel. Spray heavily the area heavily with cleaning products supplied. Then scrub into the turf and soak up with towels provided. Put all towels in the dirty towel bucket. Then pay the cleanup fee.
Dogs that have a history of soiling the turf and have a third accident will be required to wear a diaper or doggie pantie to train on the turf for the duration of their career. You will be responsible for supplying this to continue training. No exceptions.
THERE IS CLEAN UP FEE IMPOSED FOR ANY ACCIDENT ON THE ARTIFICIAL TURF, ON or IN ANY EQUIPMENT, and/or RING GATING
- $25 URINE, SOLID POOP, VOMIT, or BLOOD FROM TOENAILS or PADS (less than 1 foot path)
- $40 FOR DIARRHEA, BITCH IN SEASON BEING RUN WITHOUT PANTIES, or BLOOD FROM TOENAILS or PADS (1 foot or longer path)
No pronged collars or electronic collars will be allowed in training classes.
Flexi-Leads are not allowed in the building.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any individual seen not cleaning up after their dogs, exhibiting poor sportsmanship, or being abusive to their dog(s). This includes any event held at our facility.
Thank you for observing our policies.
